The Winterthur architect Peter Kunz is well known for his stringent residential buildings in development zones located between urbanity and nature. The book not only documents twelve of his buildings, but also creates an impressive dialogue between the view of the Winterthur photographer Claudia Luperto and a residential world that is enchanted by soft winter light. It is also an architect’s congenial, thorough and reflexive review of his buildings, which oscillate between reduction and a strong sense of materials and form.
